CNC turning is one of the subcontract machining services provided by M&M Turned Parts within the UK and Europe. We manufacture CNC machined components from materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel in addition to engineering plastics. Specifically, the company has a skilled workforce with vast experience in precision engineering.
We take great pride in supplying the highest-quality components to our vast customer base. A large volume of our customers are situated in the Birmingham area and throughout the West Midlands. In essence, we provide precision CNC turning to many sectors and industries.

Initially, we focused our efforts on machining non-ferrous and mild steel material grades. Commonly machined materials now include alloy/specialist steels amongst many others. This is due to testament of our staff’s dedication to learning and moving forward in a competitive world.
Our modern range of CNC Turning lathes offer capacity up to 65mm in diameter with component lengths of over 100mm possible.
ONE HIT MACHINING
Continued investment has given the company the capability of one hit machining thus removing the need for secondary operations.
The year of 2000 saw the investment in our first Traub TNM 42 machine at a cost of £140,000. In 2001, we purchased a second CNC Turning Lathe of the same type due to experiencing growth. This process continued heavily throughout this decade and we now have 15 cnc machines to date.
