Welcome to our component gallery of precision turned and machined components. While there are too many to upload hopefully this gives an insight in to the types of parts we can produce. Materials such as steel in addition to stainless steel, brass and aluminium can be machined on our CNC turning lathes. Our machining capacity is capable of manufacturing both basic and complex turned parts up to 65mm in diameter.
STEEL TURNED COMPONENTS
Steel turned parts machined from all grades such as: 230M07, 070M20, 080A15, 080M40, 605M36T in addition to more. We are specialists in CNC turned parts manufactured from mild steel as well as alloy steel.
COMPLEX TURNED COMPONENTS
We have the capability to manufacture a range of complex turned components due to having the latest technology CNC turning lathes. Volumes range from 200 components upwards in all materials.
BRASS TURNED COMPONENTS
Brass turned parts are ideal for our CNC lathes due to their fast cycle times on this easy to machine material. We are competent in machining grades CZ121 (CW614N), CZ132 (CW602N), CZ131, and CZ114. Lastly, we have great experience in machining brass components.
ALUMINIUM TURNED PARTS
Generally, we machine aluminium turned parts from grades such as 2011, 6026, 6262 and 6082. Our machinery is well suited to producing aluminium components for a range of industries.
STAINLESS STEEL TURNED PARTS
We are experienced in producing turned parts and components from many grades of stainless steel. Popular grades include 303, 304, 316, 416, 310 and more. Foremost, stainless steel turned parts represent a high percentage of our work.
PRECISION TURNED COMPONENTS
Our company take pride in manufacturing CNC turned parts and components to the highest standards. All parts are manufactured fully inline with our UKAS ISO 9001 quality system. This ensures customer confidence and satisfaction.
PLASTIC TURNED PARTS
M&M are well aquainted with machining components from engineering plastics. We manufacture turned parts from plastics such as acetal, nylon and pvc for a wide range of customers.
COPPER & BRONZE TURNED PARTS
Copper and bronze turned parts are produced for industries such as marine, fastener and oil and gas. Our machinery is equipped with technology allowing us to machine difficult materials.
