ISO 9001 QUALITY SYSTEM

M&M Turned Parts Ltd are UKAS ISO 9001-2015 accredited. Therefore, we fully adhere to the quality system. No corners are cut due to our aim of providing the customer with a quality product. Finally, we use the latest technology in measuring equipment allowing us to operate thorough checks on all components.

IMAGE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

A significant investment has been made in the latest technology Keyence measurement system. This advanced equipment allows component dimensions to be measured to within 0.03 microns. With the addition of a light probe we are also able to check internal features. Wall thicknesses can also be measured with the light probe.

Inspection reports are generated within seconds and the machine automatically calculates cpk and stores to the HDD. With this capability, the Keyence image measurement system gives immediate feedback on any trends or variations in dimensions. Checking of up to 99 dimensions is possible in a matter of seconds with the click of a button.

PPAP

The company offer PPAP on all parts due to customer requirements. PPAP is in place specifically with our automotive customers. We supply the hydraulic and fastener industry in addition to others. Our PPAP engineer is on hand, therefore, to help with any questions. 

We carry out quality checks from receipt of goods through to despatch to the customer. M&M produce a high-quality product which complies with the customer drawing allowing us to be a dependable supplier. For instance, we have been supplying some customers for over 25 years. This has built solid relationships in addition to loyalty.

Our company operate PSL Datatrack production control software which provides traceability from start to finish.
